Personal information we collect and how we will use it.

We will hold your name and contact details, with your consent, in order to keep in contact with you about the Peace Pilgrimages we are organising, and supporting others to organise. This information will be held securely by the organising group for Peace Pilgrimage.

If this was a one-off request we will only use your data for the purposes of responding, and will not add you to any mailing lists without consent.

Where you have asked us to keep you informed of our activities (e.g. signed-up to be part of the Oxford to London Pilgrimage, or offered to organise a pilgrimage in your local area) we will retain and process this information throughout the preparation beforehand, during the event, and debrief after.

Under no circumstance will the personal information you have given to us be shared with or sold to third parties.

We want to ensure that all the data we hold on you is accurate and up to date, if you think that any of it isn’t please let us know at the contact address above, we’ll make every reasonable effort to correct it.
